Same goes for the Multitouch, it doesn’t have the advanced sort that can support more than two simultaneous fingers ( I have yet to find a use for the advanced kind, but I’m just laying it out there ). The screen protection method of the Samsung Galaxy S III T999 is the most effective one available – Corning Gorilla Glass 2. This phone also has TouchWiz UI v4.0 installed on it, should you choose to activate it. That about sums up all info regarding the display, so let’s move on now.

Sharp’s newest 3D Smartphone will probably turn out to something pretty grand indeed, considering it has 2 cameras of 8mp each, and all the other 3D Smartphones have 2 cameras of 5mp each. The effect will still be the same, allowing you to capture three dimensional movies and images, but allowing for greater video quality and resolution. Continue reading »

Sony announced the HMZ-T1 headset. This is supposed to be a head-mounted 3D TV incorporated in a pair of glasses. Kind of a big deal, but you can’t say people were taken by surprise by this thing.

Honestly, who wasn’t expecting such a thing ? I mean, you’ve seen it in so many movies, in so many video-games, and with the existing technology of today it’s not actually that hard to make one of these headsets.

All it is in theory is just a small screen within a pair of glasses.

Not exactly a good thing, as it will no doubt, as any TV set, have DIRE consequences for you eye-sight.

The headset includes a pair of goggles housing a 0.7-inch, high-definition OLED panel that Sony says is the equivalent of a 62-foot virtual screen.

It can be used for videos and music, as far as I know.

Sony says it can also be used for video-games. One can only assume they were referring to the PlayStation, although Sony tried to clarify that it is “hardware neutral”.

Again, only time will tell if his thing is good or bad.

It’s expected to come out this year, or at its latest, next year.
